Tony has been involved in the fitness world for the past 10 years and fascinated with what the body can achieve.  He specializes in strength, power, performance, corrective exercise and overall wellness. Tony continues to advance his knowledge every day; whether it is the newest and latest training certifications or continuing education which has allowed him to work with all age levels from beginner and intermediate to professional athletes.  Whether you have a sedentary or highly active lifestyle, Tony has a strong background in understanding specific body mechanics and injuries, which allows him to prevent and correct bad habits. Tony truly believes that one of the biggest dilemmas in the fitness industry is injury and his goal is to help you avoid it while maximizing your health.
