Class starts with a 10-minute warm-up on the spin bike. The next segment takes you through a series of high intensity circuit exercises off the bike, including battle ropes, burpees, heavy bag, etc. Then back on the bike for intense spinning followed by a cool down. Expect to bring your heart rate to the max and be pushed to the limit.
