    A meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self.

    Boot Camp

    The ultimate calorie burning workout using a combination of cardiovascular drills, resistance training, calisthenics and circuit training. This class is designed to lose body fat, increase strength, increase cardiovascular efficiency and push those who struggle with exercising alone to the maximum. Class may be held indoors and outdoors.

    Zumba

    A Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy.

    Outdoor Boot camp

    Expect to be challenged and learn how to push your body past your comfort zone. The focus is body weight exercises, calisthenics, stretching, breathing techniques, calorie burn and mind body connection. Class is held indoors if it rains.

    Gym Box

    A full body workout that helps to improve your balance, flexibility and coordination. Different techniques of punches and kicks are combined with segments of weights, bands and steps. Class ends with abs, core and stretching.

    HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

    Combines intervals of high intensity exercises with short breaks and/or low to medium intensity exercises.
    Exercise sessions generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high intensity exercises separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.

    HIT/ Cycling

    Class starts with a 10-minute warm-up on the spin bike. The next segment takes you through a series of high intensity circuit exercises off the bike, including battle ropes, burpees, heavy bag, etc. Then back on the bike for intense spinning followed by a cool down. Expect to bring your heart rate to the max and be pushed to the limit.
